LOGIQ CEO Training Program:
Become the CEO of a LOGIQ Regional Company in 3 Months

For 3 months, participants in the LOGIQ CEO Training Program will receive direct guidance from CEO Tomohito Kirihata and other executives, honing the skills necessary to become world-class business leaders. During this period, participants will undergo comprehensive training designed to equip them with the capabilities of an immediate and effective CEO.

After completing 3 months of practical training,
participants will be appointed as the CEO of a LOGIQ regional company,
fully funded by LOGIQ.

Training Content

Strategic Management Skill Development

CEO Tomohito Kirihata will share his personal experience in business strategy and decision-making processes. You will learn strategies that balance short-term achievements with long-term growth.

Global Business Expansion Know-How

Learn how to enhance competitiveness in international markets, with a focus on market entry strategies tailored to local needs and risk management.

Practical Problem-Solving Sessions

In-Depth Understanding of Products and Services

Gain technical and commercial knowledge about LOGIQ’s core services, including LOGIQ Private Cloud, LOGIQ Universal Support for OpenJDK Ecosystem, and LOGIQ Universal Support for Linux Ecosystem. Learn how to apply them effectively to local markets and differentiate your offerings.

Leadership Enhancement Training

Develop management skills for improving team motivation and optimizing performance. Get hands-on training in stakeholder management and strengthening negotiation abilities.

Financial Management and Key Performance Indicators

Learn how to interpret financial statements and use key performance indicators for performance evaluation. Acquire essential skills in budget management and fundraising.

Individual Mentoring
