How to Upload ISO Images

Handling ISO Images

In Proxmox, users can freely upload OS ISO images as needed.

ISO images can be uploaded to the following locations:

• cephfs
  • Can be accessed from all nodes.
• local
  • Can be accessed from each respective node.

Additionally, if you contract a Backup Storage service and connect BSF via NFS, it is possible to create a dedicated storage area.

How to Upload ISO Images

1. From the left panel, select cephfs under hrpc-node.
2. From the center panel, select the ISO image and click the Upload button.

How to Access Uploaded ISO Images

When creating a new virtual machine, selecting cephfs allows access to the uploaded ISO images.
